Special conditions for Tel Aviv airport

If you depart from Tel Aviv, we strongly advise you to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight.

There are special security procedures at the Tel Aviv airport. Even before you reach the check-in desks, you have to go through the baggage scan, passenger questioning and full inspection of all of your items. This may take up to 2 hours, and there is another security control point after check-in before you reach your boarding gate.
