Baby meal
We care about even the tiniest travellers. For children under two, we offer a special baby meal to make their journey as smooth and enjoyable as yours. To ensure availability, please order the baby meal at least 48 hours before departure. If not requested in advance, a baby meal will not be provided on board.

We know that happy children make happy journeys! For young travellers aged between 2 and 12, we offer classic kids’ meals designed to delight their taste buds and keep them satisfied throughout the flight. To ensure availability, please order the kids’ meal at least 48 hours before departure. If not requested in advance, a standard business class meal will be provided on board.

Where to book your special meal?
If you have any special dietary needs, simply let us know your preference at least 48 hours before your flight.
You can find more information about Business class meals on airbaltic.com, your travel agent or via our ticket office of Call centre.
Business Class meal service and drinks are included in the ticket fare. No advance reservation is required for standard Business class meals.
- Child passengers (2-12 years old) will be provided with Business class child meal, if such child meal will be requested not later than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. In case of no child meal request, child passengers will be provided with standard Business class meal.
- Infant (0-2 years old) meal will only be provided upon request at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. If no order is placed, no other meal would be provided to the infant passenger.
- Passengers, that require a certain type of meal due to medical or religious reasons - special dietary meals - may request such special dietary meals no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure.
- Passengers who have upgraded their ticket (via bidding, loyalty program, or airport upgrade) are not eligible for special dietary meal requests.
- Special dietary meals must be requested separately for each passenger listed under the same booking.
- Special dietary meals can only be booked for airBaltic flights and does not apply to codeshare flights operated by other airlines (flight numbers 5000-6999; 7400-7440; 7741-7748).
- Pre-order meals from Economy class are not available for Business class passengers.
- In case of flight date/time change and if the process is finalized more than 48 hours before the new time of departure, your special dietary meal request will remain confirmed.
- In case of flight date/time change and the process is finalized less than 48 hours before the new time of departure, your special dietary meal will not be available. However, we will ensure you are provided with the standard business class meal option available on your flight.
- In case of a flight rebooking to an alternative airline for Business class passengers, the availability of the requested special dietary meal or a standard Business class meal will be subject to the alternative airline’s catering policies.
- In case passengers change their seats on their own initiative, this could result in a delay in meal delivery on board. A member of Cabin Crew should be notified about seat changes.
- For charter flights operated by airBaltic (flight numbers 7000-7399; 7450-7739; 7750-8000), meals can be booked through your tour operator.
- Business class Hot Breakfast is served till 10:30 am, Business class Hot Dinner/Lunch is served after 10:30 am. Business class Hot meals are available on flights lasting more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. On shorter flights (with flight duration less than 1 hour 30 minutes) only cold meals are available.
- Depending on the flight duration, 2-course standard Business class meal (for the flight duration less than 1 hour 30 minutes) or 3-course standard Business class meal (for the flight duration starting with 1 hour 30 minutes) is served. Additional cold meal service - Pre-arrival meal - is only available on flights lasting longer than 6 hours.
- Please note, that airBaltic cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free meal, cabin or environment.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that certain ingredients (such as peanuts or peanut derivatives) will be excluded from our catering.
- It is the responsibility of passengers to take all necessary medical precautions to prepare for the possibility of exposure to allergens (especially in case of severe allergies). Please note that airBaltic cannot accept responsibility for any such exposure, unless it results directly from airBaltic’s willful misconduct.
- airBaltic reserves the right to modify meal components and substitute ingredients with suitable alternatives at any time, when operationally required, without prior notice.
