In the event of any flight change or cancellations, we proactively inform affected passengers by sending information on changes and alternatives individually via e-mail.
If your flight has been cancelled we will do our best to offer alternative flight option to reach the destination. In case you do not want to use the alternative flights and want to cancel your booking, we offer the option to receive a refund in the form of our gift card or to original form of payment.
