EU Regulation No 261/2004

Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 295/91.

We do our very best to make sure your flight goes as planned. However, if you have been denied boarding, your flight has been cancelled or you have suffered a long delay, or you have been allocated a seat in a lower service class than your ticket stipulates, you are entitled to request compensation and assistance in line with Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 that outlines passenger rights in the previously noted cases.

Full regulation available here.

Please do not hesitate to contact the airBaltic Customer Relations department if you would like to request reimbursement or compensation.
